Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines prohibited activities on Trovarcis services. It applies to all users of Trovarcis Reach, Trovarcis Sites, and any other Trovarcis product.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use Trovarcis services to host, distribute, or transmit:

• Phishing pages or credential-harvesting sites
• Malware, ransomware, or any malicious software
• Content that exploits minors in any way
• Content that promotes violence or terrorism
• Intellectual property that you do not own or have rights to use
• Content that violates any applicable law

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Trovarcis services to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Conduct distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
• Mine cryptocurrency using our infrastructure
• Scrape or harvest data from other services in violation of their terms
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or other users

4. Email-Specific Rules (Trovarcis Reach)

When using Trovarcis Reach or any email-related service:

• You must only send email to contacts who have given consent
• Every email must include a working unsubscribe mechanism
• You must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and applicable email regulations
• You must not send email using forged or misleading header information
• You must not use purchased or scraped email lists

5. Hosting-Specific Rules (Trovarcis Sites)

When using Trovarcis Sites or any hosting-related service:

• Sites must not consume excessive resources that impact other users
• You are responsible for the content hosted on your account
• We reserve the right to suspend sites that violate this policy without prior notice
• Custom domains must be properly registered and owned by you

6. Enforcement

We take violations seriously. Depending on severity, we may:

• Issue a warning and request remediation
• Suspend the offending service or content immediately
• Terminate your account without refund
• Report illegal activities to law enforcement

7. Reporting Abuse

To report violations of this policy, contact us at abuse@trovarcis.com. We aim to respond to all reports within 24 to 48 hours.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
