Trovarcis LLC provides digital infrastructure products including email and SMS tools (Trovarcis Reach), web hosting (Trovarcis Sites), and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Some Trovarcis services use a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain in your account as long as your account is active.

Certain services require payment. All payments are processed through third-party providers (Stripe). Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Trovarcis, the Trovarcis logo, Arcis, and related marks are trademarks of Trovarcis LLC. You may not use our trademarks without written permission. Content you create using our services remains yours.
8. Limitation of Liability
Trovarcis provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@trovarcis.com.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
